hey tash its been agaes .... whats going on i hope al is well and things are going good for you and snake ..... hows the job hunting going have you got anything yet??? any news about your surgery??? wow its been ages we have so much to catch up on ...how has everyone been over there ... you will have to tell me everything ......

Ava has been home now for 2 weeks and im loving it its been hard but im coping she doesnt sleep very well and is not in a routine its hard im trying so bad to get her in one ....
its deffinatly a change ....one im not use to ..the lasck of sleep is killing me and mick is useless what is it with men and helping they just dont help .... mick is taking holidays this week he starts on friday for 1 week then latter on in the year the will take anouther week .....

now ava is home and i have a bit of time i can keep in touch more ..xxxxx hope to here back soo

Life for me is craziness. Just more crap piled on top of more crap. Snake is being tested to see if he will need to donate a kidney to his brother. Also his wages are about to be garnished for credit card debt (that we accumulated because of our loss). I don't know anything about my surgery yet until my insurance kicks in. But I did get them to agree to do a simpler and cheaper surgery so that is a relief. I also went to a loss support group for the first time last week. It was great. I'm still loving my new job so that is great too.

wow you sonud very busy and stressed ..... i hope all goes well for snakes brother ..... if snake does end up giving a kidney will he be compensated for having time off work???? are you able to cope after having snakes wages garnished ... do you know long it will take to pay back the debt??? try and relax a little i know its stressfull ....make sure your helth comes first ..... im so glad you went to the loss support group i hope it was benificial for you .... have you still been trying to conceive??? i miss our chats i do hope your doing ok .... have you spoken to mon??? i dont see her much either i hope she is ok aswell....

Those are all great questions. No they don't compensate for the missed work or for the travel expenses. And we are barely able to compensate for his wages being garnished. We are saving up for two surgeries now or trying to anyway...

We aren't really TTC right now, not until I get my medical benefits that way they can check on the cyst and I can talk with an OB about how safe they feel it is OR find out if my insurance will cover the cyst removal.

How much debt have you accumulated all together? have you guys looked into bankruptcy, or at least a debt consolodation that is reputable? Dont sign the wage garnashment papers and sent them 20.00, we used to get those garnishment letters all the time, I know we have talked about this before but even if you only send them 5-10.00 a month it shows good faith that you are paying, and they can't do anything else.

If you go with a credit counsler, you never need to talk to any bill collectors again, they do that for you. You give them all your bills, and they contact all your debtors and see what the lowest payoff they will offer you is, then based on your income, determine what you can afford to pay, and thats it, and after like 3 years or 5 depending on your payments, you become depbt free. However you need to cal one of you local services and get a good recommended one. About 10 years ago we used Consumer Credit Counslers.

If you can't do that I think you should do the bankruptcy, you will be less stressed. It seems you have been dealing with creditors too long, and you can't out run them. Are you and Snake legally married? how many bills are in who's whos name? If they are mostly in his, he should declare bankrupcy or whatever and you can focus on building your credit up to be good.
